Who We Are

Tito was born in Los Angeles, California in 1967 and moved to Miami, Florida in 1983. On May 14th he was arrested and given three Life Sentences to serve in the Florida Department of Corrections. Two days after his 17th birthday he surrendered his life to Christ and was transformed from the inside out. After using his faith and speaking to his mountain after 33 years, he was released on a Florida Supreme Court ruling that was later reversed ten months later. 

Leesa was born in Lake City, Florida in 1968 and lived there most of her life. She was led to the Lord at 5 years old and went into the ministry as a teenager. At 21 she had an encounter with the Lord that healed her body instantly of a skin disease and later of a heart defect. She has sung in churches all over the state and has written hundreds of songs that touch Earth with Heaven’s frequency.

Tito and Leesa met five days after his release from prison and they were married 3 months later. After a year of ministry and assisting in various church plants they formed Justice Roars Ministries and have ministered in music, special events, prison ministry and community outreach events in their city.
